Falkirk manager sacked and Grainger put in temporary charge while they look for a replacement, hopefully he can turn it around but will probably be looking for a new job soon

Thats football little sentiment for Managers Coaches. I never understand why in football they change the whole management team, it certainly doesn't happen in the real world you have to work and get on with people you dont particularly like but for some reason Football Club directors dont seem to worry throwing money to change things around in the hope for improvements. Fact is Danny G is as good a Manager now as he was at Reds. I am certain someone will come knocking shortly for his services.

Football operates in fantasy land. But I think pert of it is down to the fact the manager has limited time and thinks having their own team will make a difference.
