Really for the attention of Peter in Oz when he re-joins, the new forum has a calendar feature which means you can add an event to a thread and it will show in the main calendar

Ive added a thread for each of this months but archived the previous ones, so in order for the fixture to show in calendar would suggest the format for the subject to be put the date last since this will be on the calendar anyway.
Only admin or mods will be able to add event but will give Peter these permissions when he is on the forum
