What happens the following season if we lose the appeal ? Derwent Park is the only option but I believe the Council did not finish all the drainage work and the pitch flooded quite badly last season and the Council have also said they are putting no money in to finish the job they failed to complete in the first place.

The court case was adjourned until March. Means we almost certainly can play at Borough Park until the end of this season as we would only have to make the case the ground is fit to last three weeks! I've heard that another report is being compiled for the end of March with the magistrates backing whatever its outcome is. If the council had their way we wouldn't be playing there at all at the moment.

Do you know who asked for the adjournment, W.A.F.C or Allerdale?

There is no safety issue with the ground, the issue is with wording. we have played all season, do people really think its unsafe. common sense required.

CCC were NOT prepared, the magistrate "threw them out" and postponed until 28 March!

Our share holders voted at the last EGM that we could not play football at Derwent Park

Our share holders voted at the last EGM that we could not play football at Derwent Park I was there and that wasnt the voted, the club wanted to be allowed to move is for a period of 8 games which was rejected. let's be honest if for what ever reason BP became unusable would they really stop us playing football there as that would be the end of the club.

The comment was to Waterloosunsets comment but when I hit the quote button it also brought your comment through Rockerlad. There are people who want to stay in the Dark Ages and put sticking plasters on both Stadia and we have a Council who will quite happily let this drag on for several years so that it then becomes someone else's problem. We had similar comments from Town fans about playing on Borough Park but I for one thoroughly enjoyed it and it was good to see over 1000 at each game.

Simly pointing out, the share holders voted against us going over to Derwent Park. They voted for this, before ABC pulled the plug on the stadium.
