I'm sorry but Brian Dawson got Cleator Moor relegated from the NWCL division 1, if thats the limit of our ambition then .....I dread to think !!

it could be Edmo or Jim nichols at carlisle city if there go Local Not Edmo for me. From my memory, his good years were all when he had Viv Busby alongside him |

Brian Dawson was manager of CMC when they were relegated from NWCL, FACT.
If the players were taking the piss, not doing what he wanted then he (as manager) had a full season to sort them out, FACT.
The FACT that he didn't IN MY opinion tells me as a follower of non- league football & inparticular Workington Afc that he neither has the experience or management capabilites to manage the club.
Like I said this is only my opinion.

Since when did we become a club who just wanted to save money and give anyone cheap a go?
If the board gets this appointment wrong then we could very well end up back in NPL West. It's a huge task to rebuild this squad and try to at least maintain our current average crowds.
Why would we want to get rid of a goalkeeper coach also? Goalkeeping is a specialist position and any club wanting to maximise performance from that position needs one.
