Another good work out for the reds and we are continuing to see how Mark Fell wants us to play. Defensively as a team we were excellent, hopefully Barnes and Wilkinson can be signed up quickly, and we limited a full time club to a few half chances. Indeed it was Steve Rigg who had the clearest chance late on but exhaustion seemed to get the better of him. For Carlisle Sam Hetherington was a lively thorn in our side and hopefully he will be back in a red shirt before the season kicks off . All in all a good day over 1200 through the gate and everyone of the new grey shirts sold out, could be an exiting season
