I don't disagree to be honest. He done a magnificent job in NPLW. A respectable finish last season too really but I believe he had taken us as far as he could. Where we are as a club at the moment, we need a manager with contacts and one that can adapt the side to the available players we have. Unfortunately we don't have the luxury of a large pool of players to choose from and nor do we have an awful lot of "pulling power". A couple of generous sponsors would help as well. |

That would be ideal. And when you look at the other teams attendances it's either that or a rich chairman who must be helping fund their wage bills. I've heard lads are wanting £500-£600 pw to join the reds which means they must be getting 3-400 where they are currently |
