This match may not be relevant to our league campaign, but for the first time since the opening league fixture of the season, Reds go into a match not leading the table. The 2-0 defeat at Rams means we are now second in the league, albeit with a game in hand. Suffering two league defeats in January, hopefully this game can provide some light relief before we knuckle down again in February. Keswick play their football in the James Cropper Westmorland Association Football League Keswick where they have 23 points from 9 games. 7-2-0. Other teams in the league include Windermere, Appleby, Wetheriggs Utdand Penrith reserves. Keswick find themselves in this CCCQF due to these results: 9 Nov 2R Keswick 6-1 Aspatria 12 Oct 1R Greystoke 0-1 Keswick Reds defeated Windscale 3-2 in 2R and Moor Row 7-0 in 1R Cleator Moor Celtic have already booked their place in the semi finals defeating Carlisle City 3-2 in their QF. The other two semi finals are: 19 Feb Penrith v Carlisle Utd 15 Feb Workington Athletic v Kirkoswald Here's hoping we can get some shooting practice in before we travel to Prescot Cables in the league next weekend. Come on you Reds.

Good 3-0 victory last night with a hat trick from Waterston, reds playing a strong team but also giving some time to a handful of young kids.I find the managers attitude to this cup and the integro cup very refreshing especially after the last couple of seasons, the league is the priority but it is essential that we keep taking every competition seriously, well done all involved
