Here we are, a week out from Christmas and we all get a welcome present. Reds are playing football again 
Our disrupted league campaign resumes with a trip to Brighouse. I understand this is one of five fixtures happening this weekend. Rams are not playing which means a Reds victory would see us take over at the top of the league.
We have actually played three cup fixtures since our last outing in the league which was a win at Ossett Utd on 21 October.
Brighouse are 18th with 4 points from 7 games.
Reds are 2nd with 18 points from 8 games.
