Got to agree. We've got a host of quality players injured so a fantastic performance with basically just kids on the bench in case of emergencies.
All the new lads played there part in a tough battle. Got to give manager credit for signings.
Clitheroe gonna be challenging and had spells forcing us back for periods in the second half but we were very organised and all back 4 were outstanding .
We created some excellent chances too which should have made it more comfortable but 2 excellent goals by Dav gave us a deserved win.

Up there with the best away days. Lads won every challenge and fought for the result like our lives depended on it. 2-0 probably flattered them and it couldve been 4/5, including a dubious offaide when scotty scored. Fans sang from minute 1 right until the very end and that definitely spurred the lads on as the rest of the ground was like a library. If anybody wanted a reason why they should follow reds away from home then this game was it, have never seen such a bond between players & fans as there is in this current group. COYR!
