Excellent, keep up the very good work. Perhaps when Redtilidie has fully digested your post he will eat humble pie, admit he has got it completely wrong, and apologise for his ill informed opinion! Then volunteer to help out in the coming season.

Excellent, keep up the very good work. Perhaps when Redtilidie has fully digested your post he will eat humble pie, admit he has got it completely wrong, and apologise for his ill informed opinion! Then volunteer to help out in the coming season. No apologies are heading from me and the only pie I will be eating after digesting that reply from what seems like the manager is a pie full of excuses and lies!! There has never been 6-8 first team players missing through injury and even if there was then why would there be 2-3 first teamers sitting on the bench!! Even entertaining the fact that they want us to beleive that the fact they had 12 matches away in 12 weeks then why didn't the results improve when they had 2 stretches of home games all in a row?? (PLEASE NOTE: The 12 matches away in 12 weeks never happened) It seems to me that the manager wants us to believe that it was injuries, fixture list being against them, Not enough experience from the players etc etc. Sorry but when do they take the blame exactly? If this was the 1st team everyone would be calling for change! Do we just sit back and accept it because it's the female team? Sounds like double standards to me! On the other hand it looks good that my advice was taken and some fresh new blood has been taken on and hopefully they can change things around because if they carry on under this guidance then the new stadium will lose some funding as their won't be a regional female team to play in it! Also it's interesting that you don't comment on the reserves and the future of that to have some reinforcements for the 1st team? Or will you accept the poor excuse of injuries / too many away games for us struggling next season? Or as I suspect you will be calling for better to be done!!

And before you come back with a silly response you may want to read the full thread and realise I was trying to raise a point that the club needs to do better throughout the full club, something which I stated 12 months ago, and it has transpired to be correct. As fans we are allowed to have an opinion and that was mine, and still is, as certain parts of the club could be done better. And I'm sure if you spoke to other fans then you would realise that I am not the only one who can see where the club is lacking!
Peace out, end of my input!

Absolutely right that everyone can express their opinion on every issue, that is literally the purpose of a forum.
I don’t doubt the concerns raised are genuine, but having raised them and having received detailed and appropriate responses, it is a shame that this thread couldn’t have concluded in a more positive way.
It is important to recognise that good people give their time freely and do their best. The feel good factor at the club (and god knows people need something to feel good about right now) needs to be savoured and built on.

With regard to the reserve team I personally see it as an introduction for teenagers coming out of the youth set up to start off in mens football, these lads will hopefully then be able to step to the first team or more likely progress to other county based teams and finding their level. As for those youths released from carlisle, past experience tells us that it takes a few seasons after being released at 18 before they are ready for the npl

Takes integrity to do that and I await them to now admit the rest I said was also true. That way Braken can eat his humble pie

Your criticism may be correct but who do you think is going to make the difference?

Absolutely convinced that Redtilidie is in fact a reincarnation of the artist formerly known as Keithstoke risen from the Potteries just to try and wind everyone up.
