The big game didn't go our way. And that now makes it only 1 point from the last 3 matches at Borough Park. The last two games both ending 0-1.
Reds are 3rd with 57 points from 29 games Hanley are 19th with 29 points from 29 games
Reds at home 7-4-4 Hanley away 6-2-7
Recent Hanley results: 25 Feb Widnes 1-0 Hanley 18 Feb Hanley 0-0 Leek 11 Feb City of Liverpool 1-0 Hanley 7 Feb Hanley 1-0 Glossop NE 4 Feb Hanley 1-1 Clitheroe 31 Jan Hanley 0-0 Rams 28 Jan Mossley 2-1 Hanley 14 Jan Hanley 2-2 Runcorn 7 Jan Newcastle Town 1-1 Hanley 2 Jan Hanley 2-2 Colne
Reds overall since 1 Jan 8-2-2 Hanley overall since 1 Jan 1-6-3
Reds now languish 12 points behind Macclesfield and it would be fair to say that clawing that back - and the goal difference, is now unlikely. We do still have a 9 point cushion in 3rd however, and trail Leek by only 3 points. We know all too well that play offs don't ever seem to go well, but maybe that run is due to for a change?
Other top of the table fixtures today: 1874 Northwich v Macclesfield (1st) Leek (2nd) v City of Liverpool Newcastle Town v Clitheroe (4th) Prescot v Mossley (6th) Runcorn (5th) v Glossop NE
Come on you Reds

After last weeks game this one may feel a bit like after the Lord Mayors Show. Hopefully decent day good crowd will get behind the Reds as they start another unbeaten run to finish as high as possible in the table come end of season. Three points today will beva good start.

It shows the progress the club has made in the community when you are thinking that 649 in attendance is less than what they deserve and indeed seemed very subdued which was reflected in a flat first half performance. Second half though a different story with some great football played and good competition for places. Pleased to see Reilly getting his goals and also Matty Clarke given game time and looking good, mom for me was young Nugent an example for any young kid out on loan to get stuck in and play with the passion of one of our own (hope the lad goes places) Finally never been a big fan of drums at games but the young kids hammering away all game is creating a bit of atmosphere and putting smiles on faces

Yes, thought 2nd half we were great. Don't think anyone had a poor game really. I was impressed with Clarke when he came on but Mccarragher has been doing well in his usual spot, and Birch on the other side. Reilly, Nugent also impressed me. I was surprised Farmer didn't get a look in once we were in control of the game, he can't be anywhere near match fit so seemed a good opportunity to get more minutes in. Presume hel play in the CC Tuesday though?
Love the drum also. It really added to the atmosphere 1st half last weekend, and if it's there every week hopefully get a few more chants going. Reds fans are great away from home and we could do with that kinda atmosphere at home.
