Had we managed to hang on to our 1-3 lead with 20 minutes to go at Radcliffe, we would be playing in FAC2QR today. If only. As it is, we have a league fixture instead.
Pint glasses will have all been emptied after the game v Trafford midweek. For those who are replenished to half full, we still remain unbeaten after 3 matches. I suspect following our 3rd draw out of 3 games in the league, a few more will be half empty. We could have been sitting pretty (as I am sure some will have expected) at the top of the league with 9 points heading into this game. Alas, this is far from the case and we find ourselves still searching for our first victory. Perhaps it will happen today.
Reds are 11th with 3 points from 3 games City of Liverpool are 16th with 0 points from 2 games
Recent City of Liverpool results: 29 Sept Kendal Town 1-0 City of Liverpool 22 Sept City of Liverpool 0-3 Morpeth (FAC1QR) 19 Sept City of Liverpool 2-4 Marske 12 Sept Glossop North End 0-3 City of Liverpool (FACEPR)
Reds overall form 1-3-1 City of Liverpool overall form 1-0-3
Fixtures are again limited due to FAC as previously mentioned. We are one of five league matches happening today.
City of Liverpool's defeat at Kendal sees Kendal higher than Reds. Kendal v Mossley is postponed today due to Mossley's involvement in FAC. Surely we can rectify that by getting our first win of the season today. Come on you Reds.

No one seems to have a clue what the new restrictions really cover but cant imagine liverpool and Everton matches being called off, colfc supporters will probably be advised not to travel but to be honest cant see a problem for this weekends game. As for the next few weeks anything could happen, enjoy your football while you can.

Takes a bit of getting used to but looks quite smart. An overall good performance today Jerome took both of his goals well, both full backs put in a tonne of work and Brockbank was rewarded with a goal and good to see the manager taking the chance to give young talent a decent run when the time was right capped by debut goal to remember for young Carl Lightfoot. Without Tinnion,Symington and Casson we lose a lot of options but at times today we showed glimpses of how good we are, still unbeaten but 2 tough games coming this week. With regard to the attendance 393,was this to do with the opposition not taking all their tickets, if so we probably need to tighten up on the amount given as again there were a lot of regular fans who missed out today

Sorry didn’t like the kit yesterday. Being an old die hard, like the old red shirts white shorts. Apart from that enjoyed the game under awful weather conditions.

Why don't you sell them online like other clubs, that way the club gets the money, its up to you if you turn up for the game.

Announced this morning (Were they that bad?)
City of Liverpool FC regretfully confirms that Craig Robinson has left the club with immediate effect.
Following a typically cordial and honest conversation between Craig and the club Chairman and Vice Chairman, it was agreed by all parties that Craig would leave his post as First Team Manager by mutual consent.
